Every time I have contacted the service team at Megabad it has been 'please be patient'. The last time was 44 days ago and then...nothing. I included pictures of the problem, order number etc, and have had to chase them on 4 occasions to get any action. The response each time is please be patient. Every firm deserves a chance to fix things but I get the feeling they just want the problems to go away. I give up and won't be using them again.
12th May 2021 update - Megabad reply reads - we are doing our best, please be patient. Tragic.
We have placed a huge order and everything was perfect. As the items get shipped in one order (once all of the items are available) and we needed some earlier, they split the order for us (we paid extra but everything was transparent). We could also see the status of other items and they all arrived within the times that were stated on the product pages. Our Swiss plumber was reluctant to install anything not purchased locally, but he had not complains at all about the products. And we saved a ton.
We ordered an AEG towel heater from Megabad on the 2nd January - Bestellnummer 82260681. The paint finish was far from perfect in places and not what we were expecting from a reputable brand like AEG whose products are at the higher end of the market. I raised a ticket to ask what options we had. The first reply took 4-5 days, then nothing until I chased them 2 weeks later. A message from the manufacturer followed about a month after the first contact with a solution that would leave us worse off and lacking a bathroom heater. I asked Megabad to mediate and find a solution but they haven’t bothered contacting me again. Every enterprise should be given the right to resolve things and I tried several times to resolve this. I have been patient and understanding but it seems that our issue isn’t important to them and that by ignoring the customer, the problem will go away. It is little wonder that Amazon are taking over the world – this wouldn’t happen with them!
Everything was just perfect. Since the first contact we were treated with due care.
We orderder items of bathrooms furniture, we found here the best prices. The handling of the order was very professional.

No problems with service whatsoever, would definitely recommend.
I did have to arrange collection personally but that was due the effects of Brexit rather than anything else.
Megabad sent us a crooked duravit double sink and refuse to take the defect product back and send a new. This is product for 808 euro. Be very careful to buy from them if you don’t want to loose your money.. your answer is not true, the vanity unit is from duravit as well. We already bought the same product number , but unfortunately our plumber broke it. Therefore we bought from you.
